How To Choose A 24V Transformer
For Your Festoon Lighting
Here’s how to work out which 24V transformer to get with your Festoon lighting…
Once you choose the bulbs you want, here’s what you do:
Example:
If you get 2 x 20m Festoon with the G45 2Watt LED Filament bulbs. That means there is a total of 40 bulbs.
2Watts x 40 Bulbs = 80watts
So, a 150watt transformer would easily run this.
One more example…
2Watts x 20 Bulbs = 40watts
A 60watt transformer would easily run this.
