If you’re booking for a party in advance and the party is 1+ weeks away, 50% deposit is required up front, then the remainder to be paid on the day of the booking.
If you’ve got a party in less than a weeks’ time, full payment up front is required.
THE COVID-19: If you get The COVID-19 and your event has to be cancelled, that’s okay, we’ll happily apply a full credit for the amount paid. Once you’re all better and ready to party, simply give us a call to rebook your Party Light Hire. If you’re party lights have already been setup by us and you get The COVID-19 there are no refunds or credits.
CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES: Once you’ve booked your Party Light Kit you get a 24-hour cooling off period. If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed and paid for, you can do so within 24 hours of the order being placed and receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to email@example.com. Orders changed or cancelled after the 24-hour cooling off period will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
Cancelled after 24-hour cooling off period, cancellation fee of 25% of amount paid.
Cancel within 14 to 7 days of your event, cancellation fee of 50% of amount paid. Cancel with less than 7 day’s notice, cancellation fee of 100% of amount paid
DEPOSIT PAYMENT: 50% deposit is required at the time of making the booking. The remainder of the payment to be made 5 days before the party. For bookings where the party lights are required at your venue in less than 7 days full payment up front is required.
EQUIPMENT SECURITY AND INSURANCE: The customer is responsible for providing 24-hour security and insurance for the equipment whilst it is on hire, at your venue. The customer is responsible for full repair costs or replacement of damaged, stolen or missing equipment when you have it on hire. Damaged, stolen or missing equipment will be invoiced at the full cost of replacement, or repair where possible, and is payable at the time of receiving the invoice.
CLEANING AND HANDLING FEES: If somehow the customer gets lights dirty, sprays any acholic drink onto the lights, throws food or whatever else gets on the lights or cables and we have to clean them. This cleaning is done at $70 hr.Min charge for cleaning is $70.
FESTOON FAIRY LIGHTs & POWER CABLE DAMAGE: We check all the party light equipment before we take it to your place and set it up. If the customer damages, breaks or destroys any of the lighting or cable. Don’t panic, we’ll simply charge you the retail price of the product on our website to replace it.
